Fernando Morales
Impact Monitoring and Assessment Coordinator
Fernando is always looking for ways of understanding the impact that Alterna and its entrepreneurs have. He has a degree in International Relations and a masters in International Business, with focus on Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability from Hult International Business School in Boston. During his professional career, Fernando has designed and implemented impact assessment models for programs in Guatemala and Honduras. Also, he has lead research for an inclusion financing network iwht a global reach of over 80 million clients, helping to publish one or two whitepapers and webinars along the way. He never says no to a conversation about impact investment of financial inclusion, and he frequently gets lost in the industry´s articles and reports. Outside the office, Fernando is a coffee aficionado. He owns enough brewing methods to be able to open his own coffee shop, alongside a constant supply of coffee beans from all over the world — his favorite comes from Kenya.
