Inclusion Cultivation Manager Nidia is an Industrial Engineer and has a Master of Business Administration. She has 11 years of work experience, mainly focused on the Food Industry.
She has worked with value chains of specialty, and massive consume products, from production to marketing, trading locally and internationally. She has worked for several types of companies like a family-owned business, NGOs, cooperatives, exporters, civil associations, and multinationals. Suche experience allows her to understand social and commercial dynamics in the country, as well as the different business models in place. She shares her broad strategic and operational vision with the entrepreneurs.
Like any engineer, she enjoys working with numbers, logistics, machinery, and transformation processes.
In her current position, Nidia works with local entrepreneurs to apply new skills in their businesses and thus improve the quality of life for themselves and their families.
Outside the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, trying new culinary experiences, and listening to music, especially jazz.
What inspires her? Fulfill her mission in this world, which is still not 100% clear for her, although she knows that it involves using her knowledge to help people.
Curious fact: She has a demanding palate, and this has led her to enjoy cooking, experimenting, and innovating in her recipes. She thinks that in a previous life was a chef.
