Operations Manager

In Alterna, Zinder coordinates the different areas in order for resources and communication channels to flow between all the teams; also, she makes sure that all projects and activities being planned and executed perform at their best. Zinder has a degree in Business Administration from Rafael Landívar University, and ample experience in program, event, activity, and project coordination with a more social focus. Outside the office, Zinder likes to be connected with the art and culture scene, explore new ways of motivating the creative part within her, observe people, enjoy family time, swim, travel, and watch movies.
