Cultivation Coordinator: Inclusion Methodology

Juanma helps with revising, optimizing and implementing the methodology for inclusion cultivation. In this role, he develops and validates the tools and activities designed for the entrepreneurs, so they can apply them when developing their own business models. Juanma has a degree in English and International Commerce from the Universidad Mesoamericana and got his start in the ecosystem when he participated in entrepreneurship programs looking to find financing for young entrepreneurs. Outside the office, he enjoys sports, specially swimming, and also cooking.

What inspires him?

The freedom to experiment in the kitchen, creating new recipes to share.
